This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to its subject matter and supersedes any earlier agreements. Memoranda, or understandings. It may not be modified except as described elsewhere in this Agreement. Anything in the www.dofound.org program inconsistent with or conflicting with the terms of this Agreement.

10. Membership list: The Colorado Osteopathic Foundation membership list is compiled and published as a reference source of member information. Entries in the membership list are based on information reported to the Colorado Osteopathic Foundation and may not have come from or been verified with primary sources. Additionally, the data may have been changed or updated since being downloaded to this membership list.

Consequently, because of the possibility of reporting errors and delays in processing information, the accuracy and completeness of the physician data in this membership list cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, this membership list is not recognized by any national accrediting credentials verification. Members are encouraged and permitted to view their database listing and to update them via the Colorado Osteopathic Foundation Executive Directors office.
